Wobbrock to receive the 2026 SIGACCESS Award for Outstanding Contributions to Computing and Accessibility
Congratulations to Jacob O. Wobbrock on receiving what’s considered the “lifetime achievement” award for accessibility research! As the award cites, “Since 2001, his research has pursued accessible interaction techniques, adaptive user interfaces, mobile accessibility, and human-centered artificial intelligence.” He’ll receive the award at the annual ASSETS conference this fall.
